Ayana is a modern wellness space rooted in reformer Pilates, ritual and community, created to help you feel strong in your body, clear in your mind and connected to yourself and the people around you. It’s not just about how you move, but how you feel when you walk in, and what you take with you when you leave.
OUR BEGINNING
Ayana was founded in 2024 by Diana and Soraya with a clear vision: to create a space where modern, dynamic Pilates meets beauty, wellness and community. A place where you can train, reset and connect, all in one experience. More than a studio, Ayana was always meant to feel like something: a shift in your day, a lift in your mood, a place you return to regularly because it makes you feel good. From your first class to your post-workout matcha, every detail is intentional.

Movement
Pilates and mindful training that strengthens, lengthens and builds a deeper connection to your body. Our classes follow the signature Ayana style: combining controlled movement with intensity, creative sequences and that deep, satisfying burn. Each unique class format is designed to challenge you in a different way, while helping you feel stronger, more aligned and more in control of your body over time, and leave you feeling energised.
Ritual
Practices that support how you feel, physically and mentally. From recovery to beauty treatments, including red light therapy, sauna and massages, Ayana creates space for you to slow down and take care of yourself. It’s about building small, consistent habits, the things you come back to regularly because they help you feel balanced, rested and recharged.
Community
A space to meet like-minded people, feel comfortable and be part of something. Whether you come alone or with friends, Ayana is designed to feel open, welcoming and easy to step into. Through regular community events like walks, runs, workshops, brunches and mat Pilates sessions, and through our WhatsApp community Ayana Circle, we keep our community connected, moving and growing.
