Studio Guidelines

Everything you need to know before class

1 Arrival

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class begins. If you’re new to the studio, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early.

To maintain a smooth and focused session, late arrivals beyond 5 minutes may not be admitted. You’re welcome to reschedule to a later class the same day, subject to availability.

2 Studio Essentials

Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes to ensure safety, stability, and optimal performance. Regular socks are not permitted.

If you don’t have a pair, they are available for purchase at reception.

3 Bookings & Changes

We kindly ask you to cancel or adjust your booking at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations and missed classes will be charged in full.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or reschedule to another class on the same day, subject to availability.

4 Health & Safety

Pregnancy

Please inform your instructor prior to class if you are pregnant.

During the third trimester, we recommend prenatal classes or private sessions for a more tailored and supportive experience.

Injuries & Limitations

Kindly inform your instructor of any injuries or physical limitations before class so we can support you safely.

5 In-Studio Etiquette

Filming

You’re welcome to capture moments during class — please do so discreetly and avoid filming others without their consent.

Phones

Phones should be on silent to maintain a calm and focused environment.

If you need to take a call, please step outside the room.

During Class

To preserve the experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to keep conversations to a minimum.

6 Your Experience

If you’re new or have attended fewer than 5 classes, we recommend starting with our Beginner sessions.

We kindly ask that advanced classes are only booked once you have attended at least 10 sessions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

7 After Class

Please clean your equipment using the provided wipes or spray after your session, and return all springs to their resting position.

You’re always welcome to stay after class — enjoy a matcha, protein shake, or something from our café and take your time. Make yourself at home.

8 Children

We offer Mama & Mini classes every Wednesday at 9:00, where your little ones are welcome to join you.

If you bring your child outside of these sessions, we kindly ask you to be mindful of the studio environment. Please do not play videos or cartoons with sound in the studio — headphones are required.
