Food & Hydration
Please make sure you eat something before class and avoid arriving on an empty stomach. Your body needs fuel to perform at its best and to help prevent dizziness or low energy during the workout.
Staying hydrated is equally important. Please drink enough water throughout the day and bring a water bottle to class if possible.
Booking & Payment Policy
To secure your place at AYANA Ocean Reset, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 21 days prior to the retreat start date. Payment details and reminders will be provided by our team.
Cancellation Policy
As we work with a limited number of retreat spaces and secure accommodations and services in advance, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made after the final balance has been paid are non-refundable. However, if your spot can be filled by another participant, we will do our best to offer a suitable solution.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
